Saline Water Property Calculator

Calculate thermodynamic properties for saline water including seawater using the industrial formulation in International Association for the Properties of Water and Steam, Advisory Note No. 5: Industrial Calculation of the Thermodynamic Properties of Seawater (2013). Following properties can be calculated as function of temperature, pressure and salinity: Density, Specific Isobaric Heat Capacity, Specfic Isochoric Heat Capacity, Specific Enthalpy, Specific Entropy, Thermal Conductivity, Speed of Sound, Freezing Temperature, Thermal Expansion Coefficient and Specific Internal Energy.

Input is absolute pressure in bar, temperature in °C and salinity as kg/kg.
Salinity shall be between 0 and 0.12kg/kg, temperature between freezing temperature and 353K (80°C) and pressure between evaporation and 1000Bar.

The range of the input is not checked by the calculator.
